Dear NASP Members and Conference Co-chairs:

One of NASP's most critical activities is the annual conference.  This event provides the region with training, networking, mentoring, and fund raising opportunities specific to the populations we serve and the polictical environment in which we serve them. Each year since 1980 NASP has hosted at least one regional conference.  Each year these conferences become a richer, more professional resource for attendees.  Yet each year there is, to one degree or another, the need to reinvent the wheel.  In order to conitnue and facilitate the trend of ever better conferences, the conference toolkit has been created to allow for and easier access to the various templates and information that are available. The board sincerely hopes that this information is of use to you as as you chair this critical committee or contemplate taking on the role of conference chair.

Sincerely,

Scott Clyde, President (2006-2007)
